In the summer of 2013 I had the opportunity to work as the UI Lead for the Doha News mobile application. Doha News is a well-established startup that delivers local news to the residents of Qatar. I learned about various platforms (iOS and Android), their design guidelines, and how to use those for our own benefit. I worked for Doha News for approximately three months and at the end of project the mobile application was released on the mobile stores for users to download.
